Overview

The 6sense Enrich Company Node allows you to enrich your Accounts with 6sense Company information in your LeanData Account Router Graph.

Example: Jay is the LeanData admin for GlobalWorld Software. He is currently building their Account Router Graph. He is using the 6sense Enrich Company Node in his flow so that when an Account is routed it will go through the 6sense Enrich node and be enriched with the company data 6sense has access to.

 

Customization

You have a number of options to configure the node to fit in your Account Router Flow..

• Node Name
• Description
• Enrichment Successful
• Expiration Time
• Not Enriched

 

Node Name

By default, the Node Name is set to 6sense Enrich Company. You can change this label to anything you need. We strongly recommend giving this node a meaningful name such as the subject of the assignment. This will help others understand the purpose of the node. 

 

 

Description

This field is not required but we recommend adding a description to document any customizations made to the node. If someone else needs to take over the management of the flow, the description will help them to understand the goal of the customizations. By default, the field is hidden under the word Description. Click the arrow to the side of the word Description to expand the field.

 

Enrichment Successful

This setting gives you an edge to follow when 6sense is able to successfully enrich the Account moving through the node. Set the desired target node for the Account record to route to next.

 

Field updates will be made using the enrichment response per the field mapping configurations in the Integrations settings page. If the Account record is successfully matched with a 6sense record and an enrichment response is returned, the record will immediately move through this edge.

 

Expiration Time

The Expiration Time allows you to set a timer to hold the Account record, while  LeanData works on the enrichment from 6sense. The time limit holds the record for a set amount of time to allow for the enrichment. This hold timer acts as a failsafe in case LeanData hits an unexpected error. Once the time expires, the Account record will exit the node through the Time Expired edge in the Not Enriched section below.

 

Not Enriched

The Not Enriched section contains all of the edges the Account record could follow if the enrichment is unsuccessful. The edges include:

• No Match
• Vendor Match Fields Invalid
• Enrichment Error
• Authentication Error
• Time Expired

No Match

The No Match edge is used when LeanData successfully reached out to 6sense but 6sense did not return a for this record’s domain.

Vendor Match Fields Invalid

The fields required by 6sense for matching an Account record in LeanData to to a Company record in 6sense are present on this routed Account record. Domain is a required field to make a match between LeanData and 6sense for enrichment. Please see the 6sense Implementation guide for more information.

Enrichment Error

The Enrichment Error edge is used when an unexpected error occurs in the enrichment process and enrichment cannot be completed.

Authentication Error

The Account record will exit the node with this edge if the API Key used to connect LeanData and 6sense is no longer valid at time of enrichment. The Key will need to be checked and possibly updated.

Time Expired

The Time Expired edge is used to route the Account record if the Timer in the Expiration Time has expired and the Account record was not enriched.

 

Working with Edges

You can Connect nodes in one of several ways:

1. Open a node and select the Target through the dropdown next to the condition or outcome you wish to assign. Use the search functionality to narrow the scope of the results. If you want Lead processing to stop at your selected node, simply select End of Flow. 

Alternatively you can click the Stop Sign icon to set a particular edge to End of Flow, or click the crosshairs icon to assign that edge visually on the main flowchart graph view by clicking the node to which you would like that edge to proceed.

 

2. If you are already in the main flowchart graph view, you can click on the yellow triangle and drag the edge you wish to direct to the next node to which you would like that edge to proceed.

 

Best Practices

When using the edges under Not Enriched, we strongly recommend sending the Account record to a Send Notification node to send the LeanData Admin a message about the record when enrichment is unsuccessful.
