Describe what you want in plain language and get help building, understanding, and troubleshooting routing flows — turning FlowBuilder into a guided, conversational experience. Use Cases: Understand any graph, section, or node: Get plain-language explanations of what a flow, section, or node does — for example, "What does this graph do?" or "Where do leads with country = Germany go?"Highlight and navigate to specific areas: Find and jump to the exact nodes, sections, or paths you're looking for without manually searching across the graph — for example, "Find all nodes that assign to John Smith” or “Show me every place we check for event leads."Discover capabilities and how-to guidance: Confirm whether LeanData can do something and learn how to set it up without leaving the canvas — for example, "How do I configure round-robin?"Edit nodes and fix errors with natural language: Describe a configuration change or error fix in plain language, and the assistant proposes the edit for your approval before anything commits.Build a use case from business rules: Insert new routing logic from a plain-language description of the rules.Surface graph health: Pinpoint where records are stalling or erroring across the graph so you can act before pipeline is lost. Who: Available with LeanData Orchestration Platform, LeanData Scheduling, and LeanData Journeys. How: Navigate to Admin > Settings > AI Tools > toggle AI Assistant (Beta) on > Save. Once enabled, the assistant becomes available on the Audit Logs page and in FlowBuilder for users who already have access to those areas. Learn: For more information please see our LeanData AI Assistant Guide. Orchestration AI Inference Node The AI Inference Node brings LLM-powered reasoning directly into your routing flow. Instead of relying solely on deterministic field matching and rules, you can call an AI model mid-flow to classify, extract, summarize, or infer attributes from record data — then route on the result, keeping AI decisions governed and auditable inside the graph. This release adds stability improvements and support for Anthropic, Microsoft Azure (Copilot infrastructure) models and web search results grounding. Use Cases: Spam and low-quality lead filtering: Run an AI check at the top of a graph to flag junk or vendor-outreach leads and stamp the verdict and reasoning on the record for auditable, automated disqualification.Lead scoring and qualification: Score or qualify inbound leads on unstructured signals so the best ones route first.Lead-to-account matching and data extraction: Pull fields out of unstructured text — for example, extracting an account owner named in free-text notes — for use in routing.Enrichment on lead and case graphs: Enrich records with company name, domain, or other attributes without leaving FlowBuilder.Search for information to inform routing: Look up information about a record mid-flow and route to the appropriate rep based on the result. Who: Available with Premium packages of the LeanData Orchestration Platform. How: Authorize your AI provider (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or Microsoft Azure) under Integrations > [Provider] > Get Started > enter API Key. Navigate to Admin > Settings > AI Tools > toggle AI Inference Node (Beta) on > select your authorized provider. In FlowBuilder, open the Actions section of the node bar and drag the AI Inference node onto your graph. Learn: For more information please see our AI Inference Node Guide. Account Hierarchies: D&B Whitespace Discovery Customers using Dun & Bradstreet can now also surface uncovered subsidiaries and related entities within their Account Hierarchies — turning the hierarchy from a static map of known accounts into a live view of expansion opportunity across the entire corporate footprint. Use Cases: Discover missing subsidiaries, parents, and siblings: Enable D&B as the whitespace provider on a hierarchy and see the full corporate tree — including entities that aren't yet Salesforce accounts — without leaving Salesforce.Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities: While reviewing a key account's hierarchy, spot previously invisible subsidiaries and parents to target for expansion. Who: Available with Premium packages of the LeanData Orchestration Platform. How: Authorize your enrichment provider under Integrations > Enrichment > Dun & Bradstreet > Get Started. Navigate to Routing > Account Hierarchies > [Select Hierarchy] > toggle Whitespace Discovery to On > select your provider from the Whitespace Provider dropdown. Click Run Whitespace Discovery to generate results. Learn: For more information please see our Account Hierarchies - Whitespace Discovery Guide. Admins can configure tradeshow-scoped scheduling in one place: date range and event hours, event timezone, assigned reps, and optional physical resources like rooms or demo stations, so booking at events no longer requires manual workarounds like spreadsheets or dummy calendar accounts. Key Enhancements: Tradeshow capabilities: Book Tradeshow meetings using specific tradeshow settings, functions seamlessly with Forms, Handoff and Routing links.Event-scoped scheduling window: Set start/end dates and daily event hours; meeting types are automatically suppressed outside the tradeshow window.Event timezone lock: Prospects see availability in the event's timezone, not each rep's local timezone.Resource entity (booths, tables, rooms, stations): Create non-licensed "Resource" objects with their own availability and capacity to prevent double-booking, with location/resource context shown in the invite.Automatic rep and resource assignment: Bookable reps are limited to those attending the event, with resources automatically assigned based on availability and capacity.Tradeshow calendar block: Attending reps' calendars are automatically blocked for the tradeshow period.Event tagging for reporting: Meetings booked via the event flow can be tagged for Salesforce logging and reporting. Use Cases: Booth QR booking: A prospect scans a QR code at the booth, chooses an open demo slot during expo hours, and receives an invite that includes the assigned demo station or room.Multi-rep, resource-constrained scheduling: Assign several reps and multiple demo locations; bookings automatically respect both rep availability and location capacity. Admins can manually adjust locations.Tradeshow attribution: Meetings booked through the tradeshow meeting type are tagged with the tradeshow name in the meeting log, enabling pipeline reporting by event.Manual location selection through handoff: Reps using BookIt Handoff can choose a preferred demo room or select several locations, letting the system automate the final choice based on existing capacity and availability.Scheduling across tradeshow multi-meeting types: A prospect who submits a tradeshow form or routing link is offered several meeting options for the event: "Demo, Exec Briefing, Partner Intro" and each matched to the right expert/rep and room.Rep and room assignment for multiple venues: Admins can allocate distinct teams to demo booths in one location and meeting spaces in another; BookIt ensures prospects are paired with a rep and resource residing within the same facility. Who: Available with LeanData Scheduling. How: No action required to enable. Learn: For more information please see our LeanData Scheduling - Tradeshows & In-Person Event Scheduling Guide. BookIt Integration with Outreach & Salesloft BookIt now connects directly to Salesloft and Outreach, so you can launch BookIt Handoff and insert BookIt Invite availability without leaving your sales engagement platform. Key Enhancements: Outreach integration: Launch Handoff from a prospect record in Outreach, and insert BookIt Invite availability directly into the Outreach email composer.Salesloft integration: Launch Handoff from the Person Smart Panel, and insert BookIt Invite availability into the Salesloft email composer. Use Cases: Live handoff on a call: Qualify a prospect and launch BookIt Handoff from their record in Outreach or Salesloft to instantly route and book time with the right teammate, without opening Salesforce.Async follow-up from the email composer: Insert bookable time slots directly into an email so the prospect can confirm in one click. Who: Available with LeanData BookIt Handoff and BookIt Invite. How: Install LeanData Scheduling application from the Outreach/Salesloft marketplaces. Learn: For more information please see our LeanData Scheduling - Outreach Integration & Salesloft Integration Guides Calendar Event Tracking BookIt now keeps your meeting logs in sync with what actually happens on your calendar. When a BookIt-created event is deleted, moved, or updated by an attendee response, BookIt captures that change and reflects it back in the meeting log, so you always have an accurate picture of what's scheduled, cancelled, or rescheduled. Use Cases: Rep reschedules or cancels from the calendar: When a rep moves or deletes a BookIt-created calendar event, BookIt automatically updates the meeting log, records the action (as rescheduled or cancelled), refreshes reminders, recreates any applicable buffer events at the new time, and triggers relevant downstream cancellation workflows.Manager checks attendee RSVP status: A manager reviews a meeting log and sees whether attendees have accepted, declined, maybe’d, or not responded. This helps the team understand meeting readiness and reach out before important customer conversations.Admin audits cancellation and reschedule sources: An admin reviews meeting logs and can distinguish whether a cancellation or reschedule came from a calendar event, a link, or an internal action. This helps identify behavior patterns and improves confidence in reporting. Who: Available with LeanData Scheduling. How: No action required to enable. Learn: For more information please see our LeanData Scheduling - Calendar Event Tracking Guide. BookIt MCP Updates New BookIt MCP enhancements provide expanded administrative control and automation flexibility. This release enables admins to optimize user lifecycle management, pool and pool member management, and routing operations via conversational AI, turning complex scheduling tasks into a guided, seamless experience. By integrating these essential functions into AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, teams can manage permissions, reassign meetings, and oversee integrations using plain-language commands. This minimizes manual effort, accelerates operational execution, and establishes a governed environment for AI-powered scheduling across your organization. Key Enhancements: User invite and access management Admins can invite users to BookIt, assign product access, edit product access, resend authorization invites, deauthorize users, and remove users from BookIt.Pool and pool member management Admins can create and edit count-based round robin pools, delete pools, and duplicate pools. Admins can also add and remove pool members, enable or disable weighted distribution, and apply auto-calibration for new pool members.Meeting reassignment Admins can reassign a booked meeting to another user and update the date/time as part of the reassignment flow.Routing link booking Admins or agents can book through a routing link by specifying the routing link, filling out the form, routing the prospect, and scheduling the meeting end-to-end. Use Cases: Onboard a new BookIt user An admin asks their Claude, ChatGPT, or AI tool to invite a new rep to BookIt, assign the right product access, and send the authorization invite. Instead of navigating through the admin UI, the admin can complete the user setup workflow through the BookIt MCP server.Clean up access when someone leaves the team When a rep leaves or changes roles, an admin can deauthorize the user, remove them from BookIt, and remove them from all BookIt pools. This helps prevent stale access and reduces manual offboarding work.Fix a booked meeting that needs a new owner or time A manager needs to move an already-booked meeting to a different rep and adjust the meeting time. Through MCP, the admin can reassign the meeting and update the date/time without manually searching through the UI.Book a meeting through a routing link from an AI workflow An AI agent can use a specified routing link, complete the form inputs, route the prospect, and schedule the meeting. This supports end-to-end booking workflows from an MCP-compatible host. Who: Available with LeanData Scheduling. How: Navigate to Integrations > BookIt > BookIt MCP (BETA). Learn: For more information please see our Scheduling - BookIt MCP Guide. General Product Enhancements At LeanData, we are constantly working to enhance your flexibility and ease of use.
