Without it, your LeanData token user can be blocked from logging in, which stops LeanData from working. LeanData connects to Salesforce from ten IP addresses, and all ten must be added to the whitelist for LeanData to work reliably. When to Use This Follow this article if: Your Salesforce organization already enforces Login IP Ranges on user profiles.Your team plans to turn on IP-based login restrictions in Salesforce. If your organization does not use Login IP Ranges, no action is needed and LeanData will connect without any whitelist changes. Prerequisites Administrative access in Salesforce so you can view and edit profiles.Access to the LeanData Dashboard so you can identify your token user(s). Adding an IP Whitelist to your Token User’s Profile Step 1: Identify your token user's profile in LeanData In LeanData, go to the Dashboard > Admin > Settings > Authorization tab.Note the user(s) set as your primary and secondary token user(s).Identify the Salesforce Profile assigned to those user(s). You can find this profile by checking the Salesforce User record for your token user and noting the Profile assigned to them. This is the profile whose Login IP Ranges you will update in Salesforce. Step 2: Check the profile's Login IP Ranges in Salesforce In Salesforce, go to Setup and open the Profile used by your token user(s).Under the System section, click Login IP Ranges. Review what is listed: If the section is empty, your organization does not enforce a login IP whitelist for this profile and no further action is needed. If one or more ranges are listed, your organization has an active whitelist, so continue to Step 3 to add LeanData's IP addresses. Step 3: Add LeanData's IP addresses If your organization has an IP whitelist, click New or Add IP Ranges and enter the following ten IP Ranges: IP Start Address: 13.52.143.234 IP End Address: 13.52.143.234 Description: LeanData IP Start Address: 13.56.199.60 IP End Address: 13.56.199.60 Description: LeanData IP Start Address: 13.57.159.207 IP End Address: 13.57.159.207 Description: LeanData IP Start Address: 54.151.58.96 IP End Address: 54.151.58.96 Description: LeanData IP Start Address: 54.153.37.123 IP End Address: 54.153.37.123 Description: LeanData IP Start Address: 54.153.85.209 IP End Address: 54.153.85.209 Description: LeanData IP Start Address: 54.184.72.226 IP End Address: 54.184.72.226 Description: LeanData IP Start Address: 54.190.220.72 IP End Address: 54.190.220.72 Description: LeanData IP Start Address: 54.215.68.204 IP End Address: 54.215.68.204 Description: LeanData IP Start Address: 184.72.50.44 IP End Address: 184.72.50.44 Description: LeanData Click Save to apply the changes.
