To link LeanData's routing and scheduling process to the leads or contacts created through your Gravity Form, you'll need to add a hidden field to your form using the steps below. This hidden field stores the BookIt Log ID that will later be passed to the Salesforce record via your marketing automation platform.

In your Typeform form editor, click on Logic in your form’s settings tab

Click on “Personalize with data”

Click on “Hidden Fields”

Finally, add a new hidden field. We recommend labeling the field ld_bookit_log_id, but since this label may appear in form entries or your marketing automation platform, you’re welcome to choose a different name. Just be sure to make note of it—you’ll need this exact label in a later step.

🛠️ Please Note: Make sure to connect this hidden field with your marketing automation or other lead/contact creation process to store the value in this field in your lead/contact upon form submission.
