Overview

If you are just getting started with LeanData, Routing Templates give you pre-built graphs which you can easily customize to your business requirements to meet all your revenue orchestration needs. Routing Templates are available in FlowBuilder for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, and BookIt. To import and export templates into your Org please reference this guide.

Lead Smart Rep Suggestions Templates

	SDR-to-AE Handoff with Single Owner Fallback When an SDR clicks the BookIt Handoff button, LeanData assigns the meeting to the aligned AE, or a dedicated fallback AE if none is available. Download the Template
	SDR-to-AE Handoff with Round Robin Fallback When an SDR clicks the BookIt Handoff button, LeanData assigns the meeting to the aligned AE, or a dedicated fallback Round Robin if no AE is available. Download the Template
	Lead Smart Rep Suggest: Standard Graph Lead Smart Rep Suggest routes meetings by first checking for duplicate Contacts, Leads, or Account matches, booking time with the appropriate owner. If no match is found, it routes by geo using round robin for North America and a designated user for Rest of World. Download the Template
