Fundamentals Certification Overview

The LeanData Fundamentals Certification will help you learn how to have an impact on your business and deliver on any GTM route by connecting data to the right people by orchestrating a smooth flow of Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, or any other CRM objects. Whether you’re new to LeanData or you have years of experience, this course will validate your skills as a LeanData Certified Expert.

 

Fundamentals Certification FAQ

Q: Who can get LeanData Certified?
A: The LeanData Fundamentals Certification course is designed for users of LeanData's Matching and Routing Products. Although anyone can sign up for the course and exam, it is intended for those who use LeanData regularly and have at least 3-6 months of experience with the platform and would like to learn more.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Access to the course and exam is $99. You can choose between a live instructor-led course (virtually) or a self-paced option online.

 

Q: Where can I find preparation materials?
A: Both the Live classes or the Self-Paced course will cover all the material necessary to pass the exam. If you are brand new to LeanData, additional preparation material can be found here.

 

Self-Paced (Online) Course

Q: How long is the content?
A: The video content itself is around 4.5 hours, but it is regularly updated, so the actual time may vary depending on the latest material.

 

Q: How long do I have to complete the course and exam?
A: From the day you enroll in the course, you will have 30 days to complete the exam.

 

Q: What if I need more time?

Live Class (Virtual) Course

Q: Do I have to attend the full day?
A: Yes, you will have to attend the class for the full day, as all of the content covered throughout the day may be on the exam.

 

Q: Can I take the exam at a later date?
A: There is time allotted at the end of the day to take the exam, and we ask that all participants take the exam at the end of the day.

 

Q: Do I need access to an instance of LeanData?
A: You do not need access to an instance of LeanData, but it may be helpful to have an instance ready so you can follow along. We will also provide temporary access to a demo instance for those who do not have access to their own LeanData instance.

 

The Exam

Q: How long is the exam?
A: The exam is a 75-question multiple choice exam, and you will have 75 minutes to complete it.

 

Q: What’s the passing score?
A: A score of 75% or higher is required to pass.

Q: What if I don’t pass?
A: If you do not pass, you will receive one retake attempt.

 

 

BookIt Certification FAQ

Q: Who can get LeanData BookIt Certified?
A: The LeanData BookIt Certification course is designed for users of LeanData's BookIt Products who have already been Fundamentals Certified. Although anyone can sign up for the course and exam, it is intended for those who use LeanData regularly and have at least 3-6 months of experience with the platform and would like to learn more.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Access to the course and exam is $49 for access to the self-paced course online.

 

Q: Why is Fundamentals required for BookIt Cert? What if I only plan to use BookIt?
A: Even if you only plan to use BookIt, the LeanData Fundamentals certification is a prerequisite because BookIt products are built upon and deeply integrated with the core functionalities of the LeanData platform, such as matching and the use of the FlowBuilder interface. A strong grasp of these foundational concepts is essential for the successful implementation and management of BookIt.

 

The Exam

Q: How long is the exam?
A: The exam is a 45-question multiple choice exam, and you will have 60 minutes to complete it.

 

Q: What’s the passing score?
A: A score of 70% or higher is required to pass.

Q: What if I don’t pass?
A: If you do not pass, you will receive one retake attempt.
