Group Booking

Within BookIt’s existing Schedule nodes, you can now easily create group meetings by adding specific users and setting their attendance requirement (i.e. Required, Optional). Eliminate the manual back-and-forth of scheduling a group call, and rest assured knowing Group Booking has every prospect meeting covered by the right team members. 

 

Who: Available for customers with the Standard package.

 

How: When booking a meeting, BookIt will respect the calendars of all required meeting participants. If a user is marked as Optional, their calendar availability will not be considered and they will not be required to attend the meeting. Navigate to LeanData > BookIt for Forms > FlowBuilder to get started.

You can now easily access the BookIt Authorization Link directly from within BookIt! Navigate to BookIt > Settings > General to quickly copy and share the link with your reps, improving efficiency and minimizing manual steps during the authorization process.
