Integration Reauthorization Guide
To reauthorize your integrations, please follow the steps below for each connected integration.
Note: These steps should be completed by the same person with the same user scopes who originally authorized the integration to ensure there are no disruptions to your existing setup.
- Revoke LeanData’s access on the partner platform. See integration-specific steps below for where to do this for each partner.
- Open LeanData and navigate to the Integrations page and click Disable Authorization for the integration you want to deauthorize.
- To reauthorize, click into the integration tile and complete the authorization steps with a new token.
The following integrations connected with LeanData where encrypted credentials were stored in Salesforce should be revoked and reauthorized.
OAuth Integrations
Revoke LeanData’s access on the partner platform before reauthorizing in LeanData.
Reauthorization steps for each integration can be found by clicking into the specific integration's tile in LeanData → Integrations.
Slack
Remove/uninstall the LeanData Slack App from your workspace:
- Open Slack and click the LeanData app in the sidebar.
- Open the About tab, then click Configuration.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Remove App.
Microsoft Teams
In the Microsoft Entra admin center (entra.microsoft.com):
- Navigate to Enterprise Applications on the left side bar.
- Find and click the LeanData app, then select Users and Groups.
- Click the user who originally authorized LeanData.
- Click Revoke Sessions.
Outreach
Navigate to https://accounts.outreach.io/oauth/authorized_applications to deauthorize LeanData.
Salesloft / Salesloft Rhythm
There are two methods to revoke access:
- Open the Salesloft portal and navigate to Settings → Profile → Integrations and click Uninstall for the LeanData connected app.
- Open the Salesloft portal and navigate to Settings → Administration → Integrations, find the LeanData app, click Manage, then click Revoke Access.
API Key Integrations
Revoke the API key/token on the partner platform. Reauthorization steps for each integration can be found by clicking into the specific integration's tile in LeanData → Integrations.
Note:To minimize disruption, generate a new API key on the partner platform and authorize it in LeanData before revoking the old key. See each integration's details page in LeanData for the specific steps.
6Sense
In 6sense, navigate to Admin → Integrations → API Token Management, generate a new key for LeanData, then delete the old key.
Demandbase
Reach out to Demandbase support to delete and regenerate a new API token.
Crossbeam
In the Crossbeam admin portal, navigate to Data → Integrations and delete the LeanData API key.
Cloudingo
In Cloudingo, navigate to Integrations → Webservice, open the Web Service created for LeanData, and click Generate New Key.
