Overview

If you are just getting started with LeanData, Routing Templates give you pre-built graphs which you can easily customize to your business requirements to meet all your revenue orchestration needs. Routing Templates are available in FlowBuilder for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, and BookIt. To import and export templates into your Org please reference this guide.

Use Cases

• Reduce Time Spent Creating Graphs: Save time and minimize mistakes when building new graphs in FlowBuilder. Easily clone and customize to meet the demands of your organization.
• Shorten Time-to-Value: See immediate value and impact while onboarding with LeanData, leveraging custom templates to get a running start optimizing your revenue orchestration.
• Experiment With Routing Functionalities: Try out LeanData's Routing capabilities for other objects, and get ideas for what you might be able to do in your organization. Use relevant parts of the templates to expand your routing capabilities.

 

Account Routing Templates

	Notify Ops for Deduplication Check for Account Duplicates and alert a member of the Ops team to review and identify/review the duplicate Account. Download the Template
	Notify Ops For Deduplication + Single Assign Check for Duplicate Account so a member of the ops team can review and Identify the duplicate Account, while if not duplicate assign the record to a specific user. Download the Template
	Account Deduplication & Customer Check + Assign While Incorporating and checking for duplicates, here if an Account is a Customer we are aligning that Account Record to their dedicate CSM. Download the Template
	Account Deduplication & Customer Check + Round Robin Check for Duplicate and distribute the Account record to the dedicated CSM. if the Account is not identified as a customer assign a new CSM via a Round Robin. Download the Template
