Buying Groups Edition

Title Clustering Optimizations

LeanData now enables even faster Title Clustering by utilizing a proprietary LeanData LLM trained for title classification and clustering. In addition, a new Cluster Calibration process helps improve outputs by allowing you to classify a sample of titles into clusters beforehand. These enhancements take human oversight and LLM intelligence to the next level by grouping thousands of disparate job title variants into standardized functional/departmental categories such as “Sales,” “Marketing,” and “Finance” – with increased speed and accuracy. With faster, machine learning-driven Title Clustering, you can supercharge persona segmentation and buyer alignment, refine routing and outreach, and ensure every buyer receives messaging tailored to their role.

Use Cases:

• Persona-Based Routing: Automatically group disparate job titles into normalized categories to ensure leads are routed to the right representative and engagement is personalized to their role.
• Streamlined Data Reporting: Consolidate job title variants into consistent categories to enable accurate reporting without manual data cleanup.

How: Navigate to your LeanData configuration within Salesforce. From the sidebar, go to Buying Groups > Title Clusters. Define your Title Clusters, complete the Cluster Calibration process to refine the model output to your business context, then activate Title Clustering to begin processing your Leads and Contacts.

Account Hierarchies

Account Hierarchies provides a unified, dynamic view of complex corporate structures directly within Salesforce. By automatically mapping related accounts in CRM – from global parents to local subsidiaries – LeanData delivers complete visibility across account relationships and related objects.

With this holistic perspective, revenue teams can identify whitespace opportunities, drive strategic expansion, and execute targeted campaigns across entire corporate hierarchies. Utilizing our integration with ZoomInfo, you can also uncover new, unmapped accounts across corporate families and seamlessly add them to Salesforce.

Beyond visualization, LeanData enables orchestration across the full account family with the Account Hierarchy Match Node in FlowBuilder. This allows you to reference account hierarchy data in your routing logic to streamline assignments, trigger record updates, and ensure critical notifications reach the right owners – empowering more strategic, aligned account management and eliminating missed opportunities.

Create Record Node

Your GTM engine shouldn't stall because a process requires a new record type. With the Create Record Node, you can now create a record of any standard or custom Salesforce object type directly from your routing graph and without code. Leverage existing data context to instantly create and populate new records, eliminating manual bottlenecks and closing critical automation gaps in your workflows.

Use Cases:

• Contact Role Creation: When a Lead is converted or matched to an existing Opportunity during routing, automatically create a Contact Role record.
• Case Creation: For high-priority inbound requests or specific customer signals, instantly create a Salesforce Case to trigger immediate support or technical sales intervention.
• Event Creation: As a Lead or Contact moves through the flow, automatically generate a Salesforce Event (such as a Discovery Call or Follow-up meeting).
• Partner Creation: Automatically generate a specialized Partner object during the routing process to facilitate co-selling workflows.
• Task Creation: Create custom Task records for sales reps immediately upon a lead reaching a specific point in the routing graph.

Round Robin Pool History provides a clear, exportable audit trail of all pool modifications across both Orchestration and BookIt, serving as the source of truth for troubleshooting and governance. By capturing what changed, when it happened, and who made the modification, it provides teams with additional visibility, auditability, and transparency to reduce the need for manual troubleshooting or support intervention.

Use Cases:

• Governance Audit Trails: Maintain clear, exportable records of all pool modifications – including what changed, when, and by whom – to satisfy internal compliance or senior leadership oversight.
• Self-Service Issue Resolution: Reduce the time spent on support tickets by allowing admins to independently access pool history data to identify the root cause of membership changes or delivery issues.

With this update, LeanData allows AI agents to safely invoke existing BookIt behavior via APIs, and turns BookIt into a stable, governed backend for agent ecosystems. This ensures teams can programmatically control every aspect of the end users’ scheduling flow – while retaining all the core benefits and functionality like round-robin fairness, calendar integration, and SLA compliance.

• Agentic Booking in Chat or Email: Enable agentic booking in chat or email by letting agents check for existing meetings, fetch real-time availability, and confirm bookings via BookIt – all within the conversational experience.
• Surface In-App Notifications: Check for existing meetings before proposing new times, ensuring prospects never receive redundant invites and always have context.

Conditional User Provisioning

Conditional User Provisioning automatically invites Salesforce users to authorize their calendar for Scheduling based on admin-defined conditions. Admins create condition sets that evaluate Salesforce User fields (for example, Role = Account Executive) to determine which users should be invited and which BookIt products they should have access to. When a user matches one or more condition sets, they receive an email invitation to authorize their calendar that specifies the applicable BookIt products. After the user completes authorization, they immediately gain access to those products without any additional admin action.

Use Cases:

• Onboarding Automation: Automatically invite new reps to LeanData with the correct product access based on their Salesforce User record. This removes administrative barriers to ensure the organization is fully equipped with the correct scheduling permissions needed to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Reduced Human Error: Consistent, reusable condition sets eliminate the risk of missing eligible users during manual bulk uploads or manual entry.

AI Features Toggle: This feature gives you direct, instantaneous control over LeanData’s AI capabilities within your platform settings. Whether you’re ready to pilot a new AI Inference Node or need to adjust your settings for internal governance, you can turn on/off or adjust AI tool settings with ease.

Users Page UI Improvements: Admins will now be able to select users across multiple pages, add division and created date columns, save the ordering of columns, and use the up/down arrows to select items in typeahead search box.

Informational Deauthorization Emails & Token Refresh: Improve calendar reliability by proactively refreshing reps' calendar tokens before they expire, ensuring their BookIt links continue to work seamlessly to prevent missed meetings and potential lost revenue. It also enhances visibility by sending detailed deauthorization emails directly to reps, which helps quickly identify and resolve the root cause of lost access.

Microsoft Teams Conferencing with Google Calendar: This new BookIt capability enhances scheduling flexibility by decoupling video conferencing authorization from calendar settings, allowing users to select Microsoft Teams as their preferred provider regardless of their calendar service. This update enables seamless cross-provider scheduling, specifically generating Microsoft Teams links for meetings managed through Google Calendar.
