Please see Outreach's guide on force-syncing here. Note: this may take many Outreach API calls. Audit Log ErrorsOutreach Prospect ID's not populating, or Prospect ID's not being uploaded in a timely fashionOutreach had a delay in pushing prospect ID from Outreach to Salesforce because of the large volumes of records being uploaded Option 1: Have the Outreach Admin change the polling frequency to 2 minutes instead of 7 minutes. Option 2: Submit a ticket to Outreach support. Audit Log ErrorsMailbox ID missingLeanData asks users to create a custom Salesforce field after many of their users have already been created. As such, the user must do a force sync to update those existing Users with the Outreach ID. Step 1. Verify that your organization has Mailbox Send / Sync enabled in Outreach. If not, this is a requirement of the integration due to Outreach's API requirements. If yes, proceed to the next step. Step 2. Do a Force Sync on the User object if it says Mailbox ID missing. Please see Outreach Support Documentation on Syncing Prospects and Users. Note: this may take many Outreach API calls. Outreach NodeInvalid Integer for Contact RoutingError when a record hits the Outreach node in Contact graphs Step 1. Ensure mapping for User ID is to a custom Salesforce field, not a standard SFDC field. Learn more on page 3 here. Add Outreach with the Remote Site URL of: https://api.outreach.io Step 5. Mark it active. Step 6. Try authorization again in LeanData. ConnectionError Page AppearsUser clicks Authorize --> an error page shows up Option 1: Switch to Classic to authorize. Option 2: Upgrade to version 1.525+. ConnectionUser can't click "Authorize" in the Partner Apps sectionN/A Step 1. Email your LeanData implementation consultant to have the "integrations enabled" custom setting turned on. Node UsageApex Heap Size error when attempting to configure the nodeThis is due to the fact that LeanData did not accommodate a large amount of Users or Sequences when developing and testing. As an example, mapping the Standard Salesforce Lead ID to the Outreach ID field in Partner Apps Settings. This error can result in no partner action being completed.Step 1. Correct the mappings.
