It reads the actual graph you are working in, so answers are grounded in your nodes, pools, territories, data tables, LeanData configurations, and Salesforce metadata rather than in generic documentation. The LeanData AI Assistant is currently in open Beta. We are actively improving accuracy, reliability, and adding additional capabilities throughout the Beta. Capability availability is subject to change and may move in either direction as we continue to test and build. Your feedback shapes what we build. Thumbs up and thumbs down on responses gives us the feedback we need to improve response quality. If the Assistant gives you a bad answer or proposal, use the thumbs down button in the chat and include what you expected instead. We read the feedback and use it to improve the Assistant capabilities. Current Capability Readiness Summary Review a summary of the readiness of each capability below. For more detail about each capability and example prompts, review the sections at the bottom of this article. [Last Updated 9/1] Please Note: The Assistant currently works on best standard Orchestration FlowBuilder graphs (Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, and Case). Support for BookIt, Journeys, and Any Object graphs is estimated for September 2026. Explain a graph, a section, or a single node "What does this graph do?""Walk me through this graph.""What does this section of the graph do?""What does the Get Records node do here?" Ask the Assistant a follow-up if you want more detail about a specific section. Find references across a graph "Find all nodes that assign to John Smith.""Find all nodes that check Industry.""Show me every place we check for event leads." When several nodes match, the Assistant highlights the nodes on the graph and displays them in a table in the chat. Clicking on a row on the table zooms to that node, and an on-graph ticker lets you step through them one at a time. Answer capability and how-to questions "How do I set up a fallback assignment?""Can LeanData help me find duplicate leads?"“How do I set up an SLA for actioning on qualified leads?”"How do I configure Round Robin based on rep skills?" Useful when you are not sure whether LeanData has a certain capability or don’t know how to set it up. Surface capabilities you are not yet using “What functionality am I not using on this graph?”“What are some ways I could use the AI Inference node in this graph?” The Assistant looks at what is in your graph and identifies use cases that would fit but you have not adopted. It can help you determine where in your flow might be the best place to add them based on the context of your graph. Display the paths a record would take on the graph “What path would a lead from EMEA with 150 employees take?”“How would a lead with State = California that is interested in our enterprise product traverse this graph?”“What are the paths a lead could take to reach the Mid-Market SDR pool?” The Assistant highlights the path on the graph and displays each node in a table in the chat. Clicking on a row on the table zooms to that node, and an on-graph ticker lets you step through them one at a time. Use With Review These capabilities work, but not consistently. Expect to review closely for accuracy and to retry with a narrower request. Make single configuration change or bulk changes to nodes and edges "Replace all references to John Smith with Jane Doe."“Update all Round Robin pools to assign to John Smith when no pool members are available.”“Update my graph to send a Slack notification to Jane Doe when any assignment node fallback edge is hit.” The Assistant proposes the change, you review it, and nothing is applied until you approve. Changes can be rolled back using the Undo button on FlowBuilder or by using the Cmd+Z or Ctrl+Z keyboard shortcut. Show where records are and are not flowing through the graph “Where have records been assigned over the last 30 days in this graph?”"Show me where records have not run through this graph over the last 2 weeks?""Where have routed records hit errors in this graph?" The Assistant reads your Audit Log data and maps the answers to the graph, tracing the paths records took and highlighting the nodes involved. Not Ready These capabilities are not ready for use. The Assistant will error and will not return reliable or accurate answers. Do not rely on results from anything in this section. We are building and testing these capabilities throughout the beta. This page will be updated as they become available. Add a use case to a graph "Add lead deduplication check to this graph.""Add an SLA tracker for lead qualification with a 24 hour threshold.""Add a branch that routes deals over $50k to enterprise reps."“Add an AI Inference node that checks for lead intent and creates an intent score.” Current Limitation: The Assistant will run into errors producing multiple nodes. Build a complete graph or new sections of a graph from scratch from business rules “Create a graph with the following business rules:”“Create a standard inbound lead routing graph.” Current Limitation: The Assistant will run into errors producing graphs of any real size. Suggest how to improve your graph based on best practices “What are some best practices for inbound lead routing?”“What are best practices for lead assignment based on Account Hierarchies?” Current Limitation: The Assistant will answer these questions from general reasoning, not from a LeanData knowledge source. Optimizing the graph by finding redundant or simplifiable structure and visually organizing the graph “Are there any redundant nodes in the graph?”“How can I optimize this graph and reduce the number of nodes?”“Help me organize this graph by segmenting it into sections and colors.” Current Limitation: The Assistant does not have the capability to reliably judge if removing a node will produce the same result and judge visual organization.
