This will allow you to know how many Users (Routing) or Connected Calendars (BookIt) are currently being used, the number of records processed, and details around which User Profiles or specific actions you are utilizing. Routing Usage Navigating the Routing Usage Dashboard To access the LeanData Usage Dashboard, navigate to the LeanData Tab, then click Dashboard on the left sidebar. This will also be the default page when opening the LeanData Tab. Routing Usage Dashboard The Routing Usage dashboard will show on the left side of the page and will summarize your usage of LeanData Routing by displaying your Utilized Users, grouped by their SFDC User Profile, as compared to the number of Users allotted in your contract. You will also be able to see the total number of records routed by LeanData. Routing Usage Details Page Clicking the View Details link will take you to a page that displays additional details around your routing usage. Here you can filter your routing usage details by Object Type, see a table view of which individual Users and Queues have been utilized, filter your views by SFDC Profile, adjust the timeframe (90 days is the default) and also download a CSV that contains your usage details. Routing Usage Definitions Utilized Users - Number of unique Salesforce Users and Queues that have been explicitly assigned to the record owner field (or any custom user field) for any Salesforce object by the LeanData platform.Users in Contract - Number of Salesforce Users and Queues that are allotted in your LeanData subscription. This number will be specified on your current LeanData contract.Actions Taken - a LeanData action taken, such as an assignment, conversion, merge, or record update. A single record may have multiple LeanData actions taken in one pass through a routing graph.Records Processed - total number of times that records have been processed through a LeanData routing graph. A single record can be processed multiple times. Connected Calendars Navigating to the Connected Calendars Usage Dashboard To access the LeanData Usage Dashboard, navigate to the LeanData Tab, then click Dashboard on the left sidebar. This will also be the default page when opening the LeanData Tab. Connected Calendars Usage Dashboard The Connected Calendars Usage dashboard appears on the right side of the page and summarizes your LeanData BookIt usage by comparing your Connected Calendars against the Contracted Users (or, on legacy contracts, the per-product Users in Contract) allotted in your subscription. Usage is grouped by the SFDC User Profile of the calendar user. Connected Calendars Usage Definitions Connected Calendars - A user who has successfully authorized their calendar with LeanData and has a valid authorization token. Product access to BookIt for Forms, BookIt Handoff, or BookIt Links is not required, and a user remains a Connected Calendar even if all product access is later removed. The count reflects real-time valid token status, so if a user is deauthorized the Connected Calendar count decreases immediately, and if the user reauthorizes the count increases immediately.Users in Contract - The number of BookIt Users allotted in your LeanData BookIt subscription. Each Contracted User may access BookIt for Forms, BookIt Handoff, and BookIt Links under the same allotment. This number is specified on your current LeanData contract. Summary LeanData's Usage Dashboards give you digestible, color-coded visualizations to quickly reference the number of users or calendars that are being utilized, allowing you to keep track of how close you are to your contract allotments.
