It streamlines workflows involving multiple SLAs and reminders, and drives more visibility around how long it takes to complete an SLA. Key enhancements include: Multiple SLA Tracking: Configure and track multiple distinct SLAs in a single node. The node holds the record until all SLAs are met, resulting in one Time-to-Action across all of them, while still preserving the underlying sub-SLAs for reporting.Built-in Reminder Notifications: Configure and send reminders (email, Slack, Microsoft Teams) while the record is being held within the node.Extended Hold Tracking: Keep tracking past the SLA expiration to capture the true Time-to-Action, even after the SLA was missed. Who: Available with Advanced packages of the LeanData Orchestration Platform. How: Navigate to any Flowbuilder graph → Track & Report → Track SLA Learn: For more information please see our Track SLA Node Guide. Best-Fit Assignment Best-Fit Assignment is a new Attribute Aware option in the FlowBuilder Round Robin node that chooses the best-fit rep for record assignments based on rep and record context. This feature moves beyond traditional order-based distribution by prioritizing individuals based on admin-defined attributes such as language proficiency, skills, and performance. This feature utilizes count-based distribution as a fairness counterweight to maintain balanced workloads, while simplifying complex routing logic into a single intelligent node. Admins can implement mandatory criteria and rank preferred attributes, ensuring every record is assigned to the most qualified team member and every decision is auditable. Use Cases: Skills-Based Routing for Enterprise Accounts: An admin defines language and industry expertise as attributes on each rep. An enterprise lead from a German pharma company is automatically routed to the rep who speaks German and has life sciences experience – instead of the next rep in round robin order.Balancing Performance with Fairness: A sales leader wants top performers to receive more qualified opportunities without burning them out. Because count-based distribution acts as the primary mechanism and best-fit only kicks in to break ties, high-scoring reps don't receive a disproportionate share of assignments.Replacing Spiderweb Logic: An admin maintains a FlowBuilder graph with dozens of decision-node branches routing to separate pools based on industry, company size, and product fit. Best-Fit Assignment consolidates that branching into a single Round Robin node configured with the right attributes – dramatically simplifying the graph and reducing maintenance burden. Who: Available with Advanced packages of the LeanData Orchestration Platform. How: To define and map user attributes, navigate to People → Settings → User Attributes. To use Best-Fit assignment, navigate to any Flowbuilder graph → Action → Route → Round Robin → Count-Based → Attribute-Aware. Learn: For more information please see our Best Fit Assignment - Configuring User Attributes Guide. Account Hierarchies: Multi-Hierarchy Support Account Hierarchies now supports up to 10 multiple, concurrent hierarchy models (e.g., Legal, Functional, Sales-Defined) within the same org. Teams can easily switch between hierarchy views and leverage any selected hierarchy directly in FlowBuilder with the Account Hierarchies Match node. This makes it easier to model complex organizations, align to how your teams actually sell, and keep routing and territory management both flexible and accurate. Use Cases: Compliance vs. GTM: Maintain a legal hierarchy for risk and finance reporting, alongside a sales-defined hierarchy for routing and territory planning.Multi-data source reconciliation: Build parallel hierarchies from providers such as D&B, ZoomInfo, Clay, evaluate them side-by-side, and converge on one source of truth.Regional coverage: Create region-based hierarchies, identify coverage gaps, and reassign territories.Renewal risk: Roll up health, usage, and sentiment metrics across the full customer footprint to spot renewal risk earlier. Who: Available with Premium packages of the LeanData Orchestration Platform. How: Navigate to Routing → Account Hierarchies Learn: For more information please see our Account Hierarchies - Setup & Visualization Guide. LeanData AI Assistant (Beta) Now available for Audit Logs, the LeanData AI Assistant allows admins to ask questions about routing history and get quick, contextual answers – without cross-referencing graphs, deployments, and products, or opening a support ticket. Since audit logs can be difficult to search, correlate, and interpret without deep system knowledge, the AI Assistant makes it easier to quickly analyze thousands of audit log entries at once and troubleshoot complex routing issues. Use Cases: Root Cause Analysis: Pinpoint the specific node, condition, or field value that caused a record to take an unexpected path through the graph.Routing Dispute Investigation: Get a plain-language explanation of why a record was routed to one rep instead of another — including the matching logic, the node path taken, and the alternatives that were evaluated.Cross-Product Visibility: Ask one question and get one answer that spans Orchestration and BookIt logs — no toggling between log views to piece together what happened. Who: Available with Premium packages of the LeanData Orchestration Platform. This feature requires that the new Audit Logs (Cloud) are enabled. How: Navigate to the new Audit Logs page on the side navigation bar. Click the assistant icon on the bottom right of the page to launch the assistant window. Learn: For more information please see our LeanData AI Assistant Guide. Orchestration & Scheduling New Audit Logs The new unified Audit Logs experience consolidates all routing and scheduling activity across LeanData into a single, chronological, and searchable view. This allows admins to run fast, cloud-powered searches – across all products, objects, and graphs – and access the information they need in one place. This feature is available to all customers via an explicit admin opt-in toggle for cloud log storage, serves as a prerequisite for the LeanData AI Assistant for Audit Logs, and does not include BookIt meeting logs at this time. Use Cases: Troubleshoot Misrouted Records: See in one view and in chronological order, every log LeanData generated for a particular record in seconds.Investigate Assignment Patterns at Scale: Determine why a round robin pool is over-assigning to one rep, or why there was a spike in unrouted records.Identify Cross-object Updates: See exactly when a lead router stamps an account, or a contact router updates an opportunity. Who: Available with LeanData Orchestration Platform and LeanData Scheduling. How: To enable: Under 'Admin' > 'Settings' > 'Reporting', Admins can sync storing Audit Logs to the LeanData cloud. Once the initial sync is complete, the 2nd step 'Advanced Search and Filtering' toggle will be enabled and admins can toggle on the new UI. The new Audit Logs are now in their own top level page within the left navigation bar. From the landing page, admins can launch suggested searches or build their own search with advanced filters. Learn: For more information please see our Unified Audit Logs Guide. Scheduling BookIt MCP & Beta Partner Program The BookIt MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server makes scheduling and operational data accessible through the AI tools and workflows your team already uses — such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP-compatible clients. Instead of navigating multiple screens or running manual queries, your admins and reps can connect their preferred AI tools and agents directly to BookIt, ask natural language questions, and get structured, accurate answers in seconds. Use Cases (by role & scope): Admins can run diagnostics, investigate routing/scheduling behavior, and execute operational workflows across the org: Query meeting logs on demand: Ask questions about hosts, prospects, and meetings to pull data and build reports in natural language, so you can pinpoint where deals are stalling or falling through the cracks without waiting on a SQL pull or engineering support.Check real-time availability across your team: See open slots for any user or pool by meeting type without loading a booking link, so you can diagnose availability gaps before they cause missed SLAs or lost inbound momentum.Monitor pool health and distribution fairness: Review pool member order, counts, and calibration history, and surface imbalances instantly to ensure your best reps aren't over-assigned and no lead is going to the wrong person at the wrong time.Manage calendar access: See authorization status to quickly identify reps whose calendars still need to be connected, ensuring reps do not miss any opportunities.Book meetings: Route a prospect and book a meeting directly through MCP, so your AI agents and automated workflows can close the scheduling loop and increase speed to meeting.Manage meeting lifecycle in one step: Handle cancellations, rescheduling, no-show approvals, host swaps, and credit requests from your AI client, giving you more time to optimize the system that drives pipeline. Reps can self-serve day-to-day scheduling workflows for their own meetings and links: Retrieve your booking links instantly: Pull any of your personal links on demand from within your email or LLM client, so you never lose a hot prospect because you couldn't find the right link fast enough.View your meetings and pipeline at a glance: See your upcoming and past meetings in one natural language query and stay on top of your book without toggling between Salesforce, your calendar, and BookIt.Check your own availability without switching tools: See your open slots based on your calendar, working hours, and limits, so you can respond to a prospect's scheduling question in real time, right from the conversation you're already in.Access your profile and conferencing setup: Confirm your timezone, integrations, and authorization are correct and ensure that you're not the reason a meeting doesn't book or a link doesn't work.Cancel or reschedule without leaving your workflow: Update a meeting directly from your AI client, so last-minute changes don't break your momentum.Mark no-shows and protect your credits: Flag a no-show to trigger the credit-back process immediately to ensure your round-robin count stays accurate and you aren’t penalized for meetings that never happened. Who: Available with LeanData Scheduling. How: Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information on how to join the Beta Partner Program. Learn: For more information please see our Scheduling - BookIt MCP Guide. Meeting Reassignment Meeting Reassignment lets BookIt admins update an existing meeting by changing the host, the time, or both—without manually canceling and recreating it or involving the prospect. The original meeting type, guests, and prospect-submitted data remain locked, while BookIt updates calendar and conferencing details, Salesforce event ownership and timing, and adjusts credits and round-robin counts to keep reporting accurate. Prospects are only sent BookIt emails when the meeting time changes; host-only changes are treated as an internal update. Use Cases: Rep Out Sick: An admin receives a Slack message that an SDR has called in sick with a demo booked for 2pm. They open BookIt, find the meeting, and reassign it to another available SDR in under 30 seconds — the prospect receives no confirmation email and the meeting proceeds as planned.Rep Leaves the Company: When an AE is offboarded, their upcoming meetings are quickly reassigned to a teammate, maintaining continuity and preventing prospects from showing up to a meeting with no host.Correcting a Routing Error: An admin notices a meeting was mistakenly booked with a new rep who isn't yet trained on the product in question. They reassign it to the correct rep while keeping the meeting time intact — no rescheduling required. Who: Available with LeanData Scheduling. How: Navigate to BookIt for Forms > Audit Logs > RescheduleBookIt Handoff/BookIt Links > Meeting Logs > Reschedule Learn: For more information please see our LeanData Scheduling - Meeting Reassignment Guide. General Product Enhancements At LeanData, we are constantly working to enhance your flexibility and ease of use. Below are the latest enhancements we've made to LeanData to help you achieve better results. Please see in the parenthesis which LeanData packages each enhancement applies to: Round Robin: Count-Based Distribution: Round Robin now supports count-based distribution, ensuring records are assigned based on how many records each rep has already received in a given period – not just turn order. (LeanData Orchestration) Slack Action Notifications: Formerly known as NotifyPlus, actionable Slack notifications are now available for all Orchestration packages. The NotifyPlus node has been renamed to the Send Action Notification node under Slack Notifications in FlowBuilder. Admins can configure these interactive Slack notifications with customizable action buttons to drive speed, accuracy, and alignment. (LeanData Orchestration) Calendar Buffer Events: Admins can now optionally configure buffer times to create real calendar events before and after a booked meeting — truly blocking that time on a rep's calendar. Previously, buffers were factored into availability calculations but did not create calendar events, meaning the time wasn't actually protected after booking. Minimum buffer times have also been reduced to 5 and 10 minutes (down from 15 minutes). Buffer events are created for required hosts only and are off by default. (LeanData Scheduling) Meeting Type Editor UI Improvements: The Meeting Type Editor has been completely redesigned into four logical tabs: General, Availability, Scheduling Pages, and Notifications, making it faster to configure and navigate. New additions include live previews for all configurable elements, Calendar Event Organizer control moved from the global level to the meeting type (Handoff only), customizable host confirmation email copy, and a renamed "Form Fields" section (formerly "Additional Questions"). (LeanData Scheduling) Updated Booking Emails: Booking confirmation and host notification emails have been refreshed with a modernized design and improved formatting for clarity and readability. (LeanData Scheduling) Scheduling Page UI Improvements: The prospect-facing scheduling page has been refreshed with an updated design for improved usability and a more polished booking experience. (BookIt for Forms, BookIt Links) Rep Personalization: Reps can now personalize their booking experience by customizing their display name, photo, and bio on their scheduling pages, giving prospects a more human and branded experience. (BookIt for Forms, BookIt Links) Data Type Validation for Forms & Routing Links: Forms and Routing Links now enforce data type validation — if a field expects a number, the form will not accept text input. This prevents type mismatches that could silently break routing before a record ever enters a flow. (BookIt for Forms, BookIt Links) Get Records Node for Forms & Routing Links: The Get Records node is now available in BookIt for Forms and Routing Links flows. Admins can query Salesforce records, including custom objects, directly within a BFF flow to inform routing decisions at the point of form submission. (BookIt for Forms, BookIt Links) Multi-Meeting Type Landing Page for Forms & Routing Links: Admins can now configure a landing page that lets prospects choose their meeting type after submitting a form. Prospects see an interstitial screen between form submission and time selection to select the most relevant meeting type. (BookIt for Forms) Pre-Routing Error Emails for Forms & Routing Links: LeanData now sends an email alert to the configured monitoring address when a form submission fails before reaching routing, covering common error scenarios. Each alert includes the form submission details and troubleshooting steps so no submission is lost without visibility. (BookIt for Forms)
