The View

For customers that use our View product there are tools to add you in configuring the view. The LeanData View Settings Guide describes the tool and options for configuring the View.

If you aren't using the View and want to try it out, our LeanData View Setup Instructions guide will walk you through the installation of the LeanData View.

 

Matching and Tagging

For Matching and Tagging, you will start with our Tagging Overview and Guide to learn how to set up additional Tagging Fields, utilize Tie-Breakers, manage settings for Domain Matching, along with how to run a One-Time Tagging job.

 

The next step is dive deeper into customizing Tagging with our Mapped Account Fields Guide to learn how to configure the fields that Tagging can update. And then, you should move on to the Match Settings Guide to learn how to configure Domain Matching, Manual Updates to the Reporting Matched Account Field, and working with Routing Match Limits.

Round Robin Pools are great tool for distributing leads to a pool of representatives in set pattern using tools like capping, and weighted distribution.

Territory Management Overview

Our Territory routing takes the manual work out of managing complex territories with support for uploading your territory segments into LeanData for use in our Router Graphs. Learn more in our Territory Management Overview Guide.

 

Lead Ownership Options

The Lead Routing options in LeanData are not limited to just Round Robins or Territories. The Owner Mapping Guide will show you how to use Owner Mapping to assign a Lead to a Account Executive's ADR/SDR. Other Routing Tools

Routing Scheduler is a great tool for updating records in batches using any valid Router Graph. Learn more in the Routing Scheduler Overview.
