The following are the steps for an End User of LeanData BookIt to complete Authorization after receiving an invite or an Authorization link from their LeanData Admin.

After your LeanData Admin sends you an authorization invite, you will receive an email invite to authorize BookIt.

• From the email message you will need to select Authorize Calendar.

 

You will be redirected to a LeanData page welcoming you to LeanData BookIt. Click the Authorize BookIt button.

 

Please select and sign-in with your calendar provider. 

 

Please Allow BookIt to have all the requested permissions, as this will allow LeanData to access your calendar. Listed below is a Google Calendar example:

 

Upon authorizing BookIt, you can then connect BookIt with your video conferencing platform by clicking the Connect Video Conferencing button.

 

Here you will be redirected to a page where you can connect LeanData BookIt with your preferred video conferencing platform. Click Connect for the supported Video Conferencing platform you would like to use. You will be prompted to sign in to connect the platforms.
