Even with AI-powered Title Cluster mapping, human oversight is often needed to ensure that titles are accurately classified. This feature allows admins to enhance AI-generated title mappings through inline editing or by uploading a CSV of override rules. This approach combines AI scalability with user-directed precision to ensure that titles or fields are interpreted exactly according to internal playbooks.

Title Cluster Examples

Previously, LLMs had to infer meaning from Title Cluster values alone, which could reduce prediction accuracy. By providing examples and explanations alongside each cluster value, admins can improve AI-powered Title Cluster classification with additional context. As a result, Title Clusters are interpreted more accurately, delivering better outcomes in routing, enrichment, and automation.

The new Formula Builder serves as a guide to utilizing math and string functions within your routing logic. It allows users to easily build and insert formulas by providing step-by-step assistance and real-time validation to catch errors before they occur. With this tool, admins can be empowered to implement sophisticated data operations faster and with confidence.

Who: Available with Basic, Advanced, or Premium packages of the LeanData Orchestration Platform, BookIt Links, BookIt for Forms, and BookIt Handoff.

How: Accessible in supported FlowBuilder Nodes (i.e. Update Record, Set Variable, Decision, Notification Nodes)

BookIt Platform

Routing Links

Routing Links enable admins to create a single link that leads to a customizable form. This form utilizes the existing BookIt for Forms graph logic and meeting types with new Routing Links trigger nodes to intelligently route a prospect to the correct person for a meeting. This sophistication helps streamline the scheduling process for sales reps by eliminating the need to search for the right link, and allows for the implementation of BookIt for Forms capabilities without reliance on a marketing automation platform

Use Cases:

• Centralized Booking Link for Sales: Create a single, intelligent booking link for your sales team that can be used universally, eliminating the need for reps to search for the right individual or territory link.
• Intelligent Form-Based Routing (Non-MAP): Implement complex routing logic (using the BookIt for Forms graph) through a customizable form without requiring an external marketing automation platform (MAP).
• Streamlined Prospect Experience: Pre-fill the customizable form using URL parameters with known prospect information to reduce friction or skip the form entirely for a seamless booking process.
• End-to-End Log Tracking: Use the log ID mapping feature with the new link trigger node and create/update record node to attach the booking log ID to a Lead or Contact record in Salesforce, ensuring a traceable connection from form submission to record update.

SMS Reminders
With this update, SMS reminders can be added to the meeting reminder functionality to increase meeting attendance. This feature integrates with Twilio, allowing organizations to send meeting reminders to customers via SMS at configurable intervals before a meeting.

Use Cases:

• Improve Meeting Attendance: Send timely reminders via SMS, which people are generally more likely to see and respond to than emails, significantly reducing no-show rates for scheduled meetings.
• Provide a Seamless Opt-in Experience: Automatically include a phone number field on the scheduling page when SMS reminders are enabled, allowing prospects to easily opt-in to receive reminders via text message after agreeing to compliance language.
• Customize Prospect Communication: Configure the message, recipient, and timing of SMS reminders directly within the meeting type configurator, tailoring the reminder strategy to different meeting types or audiences.

Meeting Type Limits
This feature allows you to set daily and/or weekly caps on the number of meetings that can be booked for a specific meeting type. Users can define the "reset timeframe" for these limits (e.g., what hour starts a new day, or what day starts a new week). Once a meeting limit is reached, the day or week will be blocked off on the scheduling page and for handoffs. By setting Meeting Type Limits, organizations can effectively prevent reps or specialists from being overwhelmed with too many meetings.

Use Cases:

• Prevent Rep Burnout/Overbooking: Protect reps from being overwhelmed by setting a daily or weekly maximum on the number of high-volume meeting types (e.g., SDR discovery calls or introductory demos) they can be booked for.
• Manage Resource Availability: Control the overall capacity for specific, resource-intensive meeting types (e.g., specialized solution architecture deep-dives or executive reviews) to ensure quality delivery and prevent scheduling beyond the team's ability to handle them.
• Optimize Time for Non-Meeting Tasks: Ensure that reps have dedicated time slots for critical non-meeting activities (follow-up, pipeline generation, training) by capping the number of meetings, preventing a fully booked calendar.
