Overview

If you are just getting started with LeanData, Routing Templates give you pre-built graphs which you can easily customize to your business requirements to meet all your revenue orchestration needs. Routing Templates are available in FlowBuilder for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, and BookIt. To import and export templates into your Org please reference this guide.

Orchestration Routing Templates

You can download and import Orchestration Routing Templates for each of following objects:

• Leads - The Lead Routing Library offers a wide range of scenarios to address various needs. These include templates for product-specific routing, the deduplication of leads and the incorporation of BookIt in Lead routing, all based on LeanData best practices.
• Contacts -  The Contact Routing Library provides foundational templates that are essential when dealing with duplicate contacts. These templates can be customized and expanded upon to meet specific routing needs, ensuring efficient management of contact records.
• Accounts - The Account Routing Library offers templates to handle different situations, including the identification and merging of duplicate accounts. The Library also provides example scenarios where Customer Success Managers (CSMs) need to be assigned accounts, ensuring streamlined account management.
• Opportunities - The Opportunity Routing Library offers templates that evaluates new opportunities for alignment with existing records and routes them based on relevant criteria. The templates provide examples if an opportunity reaches a specific stage, notifications are triggered to ensure timely follow-up.
• Cases - The Case Routing Library includes templates that focus on critical management functions, such as SLAs (Service Level Agreements), determining case types and verifying active ownership. These templates help ensure that cases are handled promptly and efficiently.

• Lead Smart Rep Suggestions - The Lead Smart Rep Suggestions Library offers a wide range of scenarios to address various needs. These include templates that align SDR's calendars to an AE's and ensuring records align to the correct user.
